动画分为三个短篇。 《一碗乡愁》：青年小明（坂泰斗配音）独自一人离开故乡来到大城市北京打拼，掐指一算，他已经很久没有回去过了。某日，小明拖着疲惫的身躯去往上班的路上，忽然怀念起了家乡的味道。往事伴随着思念渐渐浮现。 《霓裳浮光》：依琳（寿美菜子配音）和璐璐（白石晴香配音）是两个生活在广州的年轻女孩，无依无靠的她们相互扶持，将彼此视为自己的亲人。依琳曾经是一名红极一时的人气模特，但现如今，她能够很明显的感觉到自己的事业正在走下坡路。巨大的压力之下，她只有将情绪发泄到离自己最近的璐璐的身上，两人之间产生了隔阂。 《纤雨初晴》：故事发生在1990年代的上海，李墨（大冢刚央配音）和夏小雨（长谷川育美配音）是青梅竹马的玩伴，两人的友谊一直持续到了中学时代。然而，当李墨离开了故乡去别的城市上学之后，这段友谊便画上了句点。。These child prodigies of the animal kingdom have feathers and beaks – and very special skills!
